Analytics World collects and stores the client's name, email, address, and phone number. This information is only used to contact the client and is highly confidential. We will, by no means, share it with any third parties.

Survey Responses

Survey responses are available to our clients and our administration staff. Analytics World does not and will not disclose surveys and surveys data, which includes responses and summaries to any third party.

Analytics World STRICTLY INSISTS that Surveyors (Analytics World clients) agree to use the Respondent Data in a responsible manner and for the benefit of their customers.

Cookies and IP Addresses

Analytics World tracks IP address of both surveyors and respondents. This is for technical purposes, such as determining the country etc. Same is the case of cookies for technical purposes (cookies do not gather personal information about visitors to the site or surveys). None of the information gathered by Analytics World in this way can be used to identify any individual who visits the site. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.

Analytics World may also disclose certain personally identifying information in special circumstances that are legal in nature. For instance, such information may be used where it is necessary to protect our copyright or intellectual property rights, or if the law requires us to do so.

Any personally identifying information collected through this site or surveys is stored on limited-access servers. We maintain strict safeguards to protect these servers and the personal information they store.

User Tracking

Analytics World does tend to tracks user traffic patterns throughout our site. However, this information is not correlated with data about individual users. We do not break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the details contained in every user's browser (browser string).

Analytics World sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search Function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to understand specific areas of our sites which users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for our users.

User Information

Analytics World may ask users to provide personal information from our users mainly to help us contact you regarding your quere communicating with you only for the siad reasons and nothing else. We also fully assure you that we will not disclose any information about any individual user except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
